“Month-of” Coordination is a slightly more accurate term for what can also be referred to as “day-of” coordination in the industry. For me, this service begins about 60-90 days before your wedding. Starting from this point we’ll create a timeline, complete a venue walk through together, and make sure all the final details of your wedding are falling into place. I’ll start communicating and coordinating with your vendors, and familiarizing myself with contracts. Then we’ll plan your rehearsal and roll into the big day. Finally, I’ll handle all logistics required in the day-of event management of your wedding!

Day-of wedding logistics may include: timeline management throughout event, ceremony & reception coordination, vendor communication, setup and breakdown oversight, problem solving, bridal party & guest assistance, etc.

An additional $500 - $700

This add-on service is meant for the couples that need a side-kick when it comes to wedding planning! Couples should still expect to hire vendors and actively plan their wedding; and I’ll be a sounding board along the way. I’ll provide professional advice and guidance to keep you on track and make sure all your wedding tasks get accomplished. Planning assistance service begins from the moment we start working together.

Planning assistance services may include: vendor meetings, budget guidance, theme & design advising, workshop meetings, etc.
